🛍️ Are all the items used?
Yes. All items offered at Violn are carefully sourced, mainly in France and Europe. These are vintage or antique pieces, sometimes restored or subtly revisited to bring them back to life, while respecting their original charm.
📦 How are the items packaged?
Each order is carefully packaged using recycled and recyclable protective materials whenever possible. Fragile items are double-protected . The package is insured , and in case of breakage, you will be reimbursed or replaced free of charge.
⏳ What are the shipping times?
Packages are generally shipped within 2 to 4 business days. For furniture or bulky items, an additional delay may apply. A tracking email will be sent to you as soon as the shipment is made.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide. Shipping costs are automatically adjusted according to the destination country and the weight of the package.
🔁 Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. Just contact me and I will tell you the procedure. The refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item in good condition.
🧾 Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT. For professionals or orders outside the EU, an adjustment can be considered upon request.
🤝 Can I see an item before I buy it?
Yes, if you are in Île-de-France, you can arrange a meeting in Guyancourt or Boulogne-Billancourt. Contact me directly to organize this.
