Delivery & Pickup

At Violn , each item is carefully packaged and protected. We use recycled materials (paper, cardboard, bubble wrap, newspapers, etc.) as much as possible to limit our impact on the environment.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, the shipping method chosen, and the nature of the item. However, we do everything we can to ship quickly and safely.

Click & Collect – FREE

Pick up your purchases free of charge at one of our two collection points:

  • Workshop in Guyancourt (78 – Yvelines)

  • Boulogne-Billancourt - Partner retailer (92 – Hauts-de-Seine)

⏱️ Available 2 to 4 days after order validation.
📩 You will receive an email with the exact address as soon as your order is ready.
🛒 When placing your order, select "In-store pickup" and specify your desired location in the shopping cart instructions, or by replying to the confirmation email.

Standard delivery – France & International

  • Colissimo or Mondial Relay, depending on your preference.

  • Delivery throughout France and abroad.

Delivery of furniture & bulky items

  • Delivery by courier via Cocolis , throughout France.

  • Prices upon request, depending on the distance and size of the object.

🔁 Return & Refund

We hope that every Violn piece will bring you complete satisfaction. However, if you change your mind, here are the return conditions:

  • Time limit : you have 14 days after receipt to inform us of your wish to return the product (the delivery date being the reference).

  • Condition : Returned items must be unused , intact , and in their original packaging .

  • Responsibility : It is your responsibility to properly protect fragile items for return. Damaged, chipped, or broken items will not be refunded.

💸 Return & Refund Costs

  • The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    If we provide you with a return label, its cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  • The refund only covers the price of the returned item .
    The initial shipping costs are not refundable.
